What else would two life long LEGO fans have at their wedding than a LEGO wedding cake? With some assistance in the beautiful and rare parts department by my mom, my husband, a former LEGOLAND MOdel Builder as well, and I created this special cake. Mom built the little placecard for our flower girl. The party was full of MOdel Builders, too! Best day ever! We might take the stuff to Brickffest this year so more people can enjoy!

My daughter would kill for this cake. She plans to make a Lego cake for her wedding reception but this may be a bit beyond her abilities. You did a magnificent job. A true work of art even if one is not a Lego fanatic!!!!
Thank you! It took both mine and my mom's LEGO collection and my husband built the actual structure and helped with the decorations, while I did the rest of the decorations.
Maybe your daughter can recruit some help, too! :)
