The Model Builder Search was an awesome experience. We traveled to 7 cities and had almost 250 applicants for the position of Model Builder for LEGOLAND California. I am so happy with the 4 Semi-Finalists... what a fresh, artistic group we had with Sara Hall, Clay Hervey, Jarad Barkdoll and Jason Poland. I wish they were all working with us right now on the Pirate Shores installation... however, we are going to have to wait a few weeks while the wonderful and talented Jason Poland relocates his life to sunny Southern California!
I am sorry I have slacked on posting all of the pics of the final models... I will post them! I have just been so busy with refocusing my life into the Pirate Camp and other model and props installations for our new ride.
