Hooray! The day has finally come! 23 Finalists arrived in San Diego yesterday. They were shuttled and limoed to the beautiful Grand Pacific Palisades Hotel in Carlsbad, right next to LEGOLAND. We had an awesome reception for them last night at the hotel. People from the Model Shop, PR Team and our General Manager John Jakobsen got to mingle with all the Model Builder Search Finalists. It almost felt like a family reunion to me since I traveled to all of the cities and had met almost everyone before.
